Clear standards from consultation to treatment, beginning with a one-on-one consultation with the director.

  Botox dilution standards and estimated VAT-inclusive costs are explained before treatment.

  The clinic's current operating standards are 1:3 for muscle Botox and 1:7 for skin Botox. Applicability, final cost and any additional items are confirmed before payment according to product, area and clinical judgment.

  Sustainability

  Expected duration and repeat intervals are considered when selecting a treatment.

  We review skin condition and the care plan rather than emphasizing only short-term change.

  Lower-discomfort approach

  Ways to reduce discomfort are considered according to the individual and procedure.

  When suitable, options may include nerve blocks, air cooling, CoolSonic, X-Injector or VirtueRF. Pain and the need for sedation vary by individual.
